I knew that eventually someone would write something like this to link things to the Lord. And one aspect of the article is right -- that because people need to process things and to make things fit into their boxed perspectives, rationalizing God's role comes into play.

One, as I've written before, you don't need to make excuses for Him -- as He pleases. Secondly, the article presents the choice as one or the other -- either He's punishing us, or the earth is punishing us. But why not both? Why isn't it God letting the earth have its sinful way? Again, as I've written before, maybe creation's disobeying.

Your mind is like a hurricane-ravaged city -- cluttered, destroyed, ruined. You simply can't understand.
